Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Land AI Agent Platform (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Land AI LLC. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Land AI provides a platform for businesses to deploy and manage AI assistants that communicate with their end-customers via WhatsApp Business. We are a software vendor and are not party to the conversations between your agents and your customers.

3. Accounts & eligibility

The Service is invite-only and intended for businesses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to operate the WhatsApp Business Account you connect to the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited promotional messages that violate Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Send unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to access another customer’s data, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure
  • Use the Service to provide medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate qualifications and disclaimers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we cooperate with Meta when policy violations affect a customer’s WABA.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content (knowledge documents, agent instructions, conversation logs) you upload or generate through the Service. You grant Land AI a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the Service.

6. AI output

The Service uses third-party large-language-model providers (Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate agent replies. AI output is probabilistic; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing your agent’s configuration, knowledge base, and the appropriateness of its replies for your customers.

7. Fees & usage limits

Fees, message-volume limits, and budget caps are agreed separately with each business client. We may pause your agents if usage exceeds an agreed cap; we will notify you via email when this occurs.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We perform maintenance and may experience outages caused by upstream providers (Meta, GCP, AI providers).

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Land AI’s total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service relationship with prior written notice. On termination, we will delete your agents, knowledge base, and conversation logs within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & contact
